When stock arrives mouldy, marked or faulty, you have three options: write it off, send it back, or have it put right. We put it right. Every service is carried out in-house at our facility in Rossendale, Lancashire, with each unit inspected, treated and signed off before it is released.

Problem stock rarely has just one problem. A container can arrive with mould on the goods, damaged packaging and a handful of marked or faulty pairs. We handle all of it as one job, with one intake, one set of records and one return delivery, so you are not managing several suppliers.

Who we work with
Why remediation is usually the better option
Writing off affected stock loses its full value. Returning it to the supplier can take months, and a replacement may miss the season. Remediation recovers the goods you already own, here in the UK, and gives you a record of every unit for your own reporting or an insurance claim.
